Own the Exam Room

Learn a practical veterinary communication system to practice with more confidence, control, efficiency, and joy—especially under pressure

VetComm Academy is a new way to learn a communication system.

What's the secret to it's success?

Walk Into The Room Prepared

VetComm Academy was built for that exact moment.

Instead of walking in, winging it, and hoping the conversation goes well, you’ll learn a practical communication system designed for real veterinary practice — one that helps you lead the appointment, communicate clearly, and stay grounded under pressure.

When you’re prepared the fear goes down. You practice with more confidence, control, efficiency, and joy.

VetComm Academy gives you a practical communication system so you enter the exam room with more confidence, more control, and a clearer sense of how to lead the consultation.

We all know the feeling. We’re standing outside the exam room door with butterflies in our stomach, afraid of what’s waiting on the other side of the door.

  • A difficult client.
  • An emotional conversation.
  • A challenging case.
  • A financial discussion.

What You Will Gain

The Own The Exam Room Communication System

exam flow model (1)

Most veterinary communication training teaches skills.

VetComm Academy does so much more. It teaches you a system on how to use those skills inside real appointments.

That’s the difference.

This is not traditional communication training just moved online. It is a practical exam-room communication system built specifically for veterinarians.

Not a random collection of communications tips, or a one-time lecture, or a conference notebook you’ll never open again.

VetComm Academy gives you a repeatable system for the moments that matter most — so you know what to do, when to do it, and how to lead the conversation with more confidence and control.

What Do Other Veterinarians Say?

About Dr. Brett Bingham

temp pic

I’m Dr. Brett Bingham, a companion animal veterinarian, former practice owner, leader, mentor, and communication coach.

I created VetComm Academy out of my own struggles. There was a time in practice when I felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and was wanting to leave. I needed a better way to communicate in the exam room—one that helped me feel more confident, more in control, and better equipped for the pressure of real practice.

So I built the system I wish I had learned years earlier.

When I saw what it did for me, I shared it with the veterinarians in our hospitals. When I saw what it did for them, I knew every veterinarian needs this too.

That is why VetComm Academy exists. I’m on a mission to help all vets practice to their full potential.
